Cachoeira is a bum. She gets hit with everything thrown at her. She's lucky most flyweights have no KO power. She would get murdered at 115.

Cachoiera though is definitely extremely careless in how she extends her fingers. She may do this intentionally, as many fighters unfortunately do, and while it is wrong and dirty she is just one of many and this is not a special case; no reason to single her out.

You lie almost as bad as her coach.
FIRST Peterson isn't in position to see the foul he's in close to the left Cachoeira head and body block his view of what's happening to the right.
SECOND it doesn't require much precision to move a finger into someone lip given your hand is already near her face it's easy af.
THIRD intenton while can't be determined a 100% she's a known dirty fighter when down, (but you probably think eye gouging just happens too) and this isn't a split second thing she hooks her holds it for seconds until she can land an easy elbow.
FOURTH lack of intention doesn’t negate a the fact a foul occurred so yes this is 100% fish hooking. This is the sport of MMA not street fight a professional fighter is charged to rule their weapons within the given rules, we don't say oh well she was just careless and couldn't control herself from cheating. Intention would be used to dictate the penalty had Peterson seen and acted on the foul.
FIFTH All cheating should be called out and usually is here your whole last paragraph is hot garbage if one foul is missed none should ever be looked at.
 
If she had a sock on her hand, I don't think many here would have a problem with this.
