Boxings biggest issues are it is hard to follow as a fan as it is so fragmented. It was the UFC does so well, lets you follow the fighters and gives you one place to watch it.

I do find it slightly demoralizing when judges get a fight so wrong. I mean...they're ringside, they probably have TV monitors too, and so they're watching the same fight that we are, and yet....they adjudicate that fight to Cachoeira? It's bizarre. Fight should not be judged on "who took the most steps forward".

There has to be some accountability for judges and I would like to see some post-fight decisions by governing bodies (NSAC I guess) to remove judges licenses if they've have obviously made some extremely poor decisions. This stuff DOES matter.

I thought Cachoiera lost as well. She was desperate and connected due to that desperation. I think she thought, like many of us, that she was losing. I’m pretty sure the fish hook wasn’t on purpose. If they were grappling, maybe.

Trying to blind somebody (that's usually what happens when you jam your fingers into someone's eye socket) is as dirty and disgraceful as you can get. Paul Daley got a lifetime ban for a half assed sucker punch on Josh Koscheck after their fight. If that deserved a lifetime UFC ban, trying to blind someone should also.
