Prime Anderson would still get KTFO by Prime Mirko and Prime early 30s Mark Hunt. Wand fought those guys damn near to the death.

Prime juiced up Wand smashes prime juiced up Anderson.

You go back to Andersons fights with Frankin, Hendo or Murray before the "Matrix mindgames" started and you'll see he did actually get caught quite a bit. Slipping the punches of a sloppy desperate Forrest does not mean your unhittable however much the UFC like to hype it.

Equally Wanderlei in his prime years was not just bullrushing opponents, he could pick his shots very effectively a lot of the time and only tended to do that when an opponent was hurt or he was getting outclassed by HW kickboxers like Hunt and Mirko.

Speaking or Mirko that second fight with Wanderlei is a superior display of defence than any fight in Anderson's career.

Yep sums me up, I didn't know miletich Burnett was the quintessential old school fight and a measuring point for MMA knowledge. If you're recommending it I'll have to watch it.
