Wandy got in there with Cro Cop, and Mark Hunt. Andy wouldn't do a damn thing to him. He'd take him down, and pound him out.
Just like Henderson and Forrest did to Anderson...oh wait...

I can't source it, but back in the day, you'd always hear stories about how Pele and Anderson would beat up the Chute Boxe guys in the gym.
We just saw Andy struggle with a ring-rusted welterweight with decent boxing skill.
.
I've never heard this, don't make things up

It's weird how time can erode a fighter's reputation. Anderson's strength of schedule at 185 lbs is looking weaker as time goes by, and while Wand was on top at 205 lbs in PRIDE he was getting dominated by also-rans like Takase.

The Wanderlei that flatlined Sakuraba, smashed Rampage and won a newspaper decision over Cro Cop in his K-1 prime makes surprisingly short work of the Spider, IMO.
You saw a near 40 year old who came back from a horrific injury and he still outstruck Diaz in every round. why the fuck do people even mention this fight like its anywhere relevant in the dicusssion of his career considering any of the above.
It's a pretty safe bet Silva takes this
Wand by sub of course. It's a well known fact that Prime Anderson was subbed multiple times in Pride by B-class fighters.
Well you also have a 2011 join date so I wouldn't expect you to know much. Or did you lurk the forums but really started watching back in 1993 with early Pancrase?
