We, Sherdog, always make the right decisions. So many of the bad decision fights( due to incompetent judges) have been made right here on Sherdog. We have the last say.
People here seem to forget how good Fedor was... And if you really think....How many UFC HWs are still fighting today that where top ten during Fedor's run? Arlovski?.... And look at LHW and MW... Tito?
How's this thread looking post DC vs Stipe 2? Let's check that heavyweight championship record holding resume...
Yeah; it's looking pretty good. Just to recap, we have current heavyweight title fight record holder vs guy who needs to grab the ropes like 3 times to avoid getting scooped by a guy who's 212.5 lbs (around 7:43--). I don't doubt Fedor wins the majority of their encounters but over seventy percent? Get over yourselves, you geezers; you sound like the old-timers who claim Ali would beat Wladimir and Vitali, because they remember Ali being larger than life when they were young. Fedor was a machine, but he wasn't completely unbeatable.
At risk of pissing off Fedor nuthuggers, the guy got starched by the slow and weak chinned Bigfoot, and lost to a natural middleweight in Hendo. Fedor could land a KO punch, but if a focused Stipe comes in, I take him by stoppage. He's too big and well rounded for Fedor.
You’re comparing one guy who was fighting in an organization with no drug testing vs another fighting under USADA. We simply don’t know how they each would look in the other scenario. Add to that the fact that it’s ropes vs cage, and it becomes even more meaningless.
