Which fighters (regardless of weightclass) could've fought Jon Jones UFC fights undefeated

Holy Khamzat fangirl. How you have a guy who have never fought at the weight class beat every single one in the history of the sport. Based on what? Cause he controlled DDP??? And barely did any damage cause he didnt wanna commit to any GnP lol.

You thibk Khamzat can control prime DC? Lol

Such an idiotic thing to say. Jones didn’t eye poke every opponent nor was he ever down in a fight and needed to eye poke to gain an advantage. He also didn’t test positive for the majority of his career.
He eye poked Smith with his knee when Smith was a downed opponent and tested positive for 12-6 elbows against Hammel.

And DC is the obvious choice. He beat some of those guys and only lost at LHW against Jones.

Keep reaching for excuses tho, you HAVE to tell yourself something
PED's are career long benefits. They aren't just a case of "which fights did he test positive for." ALL of his fights are damaged by it

I wouldn't bet on any of these guys against prime Aspinall, Fedor, Ngannou, Cain, Stipe (prime Stipe would beat his older version), Overeem.
these are almost 100% light heavyweights... saying heavyweight champions should be favored is a bit obvious right? thats like looking at Anderson Silvas run and saying Jones would win... duh... the question is could they win all 2o r whatever in a row with 0 losses... I doubt it.

A fighter has to clear this gauntlet undefeated. Which could do that in their prime?

Stephan Bonnar
Jake O’Brien
Brandon Vera
Vladimir Matyushenko
Ryan Bader
Maurício Rua
Quinton Jackson
Lyoto Machida
Rashad Evans
Vitor Belfort
Chael Sonnen
Alexander Gustafsson
Glover Teixeira
Daniel Cormier
Ovince Saint Preux
Alexander Gustafsson
Anthony Smith
Thiago Santos
Dominick Reyes
Ciryl Gane
Stipe Miocic

IMO

Fedor Emelianenko
Cain Velazquez (if healthy)
Stipe Miocic (50-50 against DC)
Khamzat Chimaev (ragdolls nearly everyone, honestly would love to see him vs Prime DC go at it)
Francis Ngannou (easy win against everyone not named DC)

Your thoughts? Any additions?
That list is fairly overrated if you ask me , it consists of old journey men , old legends , old bloated middleweights, has beens and overrated prospects , any decent fighter in his prime would have beat that list with ease.

If it's so overrated then why is Jon Jones the only fighter in UFC history to go 24 fights undefeated?

For context 2nd place is 16 fights and that's Anderson Silva.

Roided and eye pokes OK?
Well on that list seven guys have popped and some were from Pride.

presumably existing UFC rules unless taking place in Pride.

Eye pokes can lead to a deduction in the UFC

Last time I checked his record , he has a L on his 9th fight , he didn't beat hammill he lost to him , because he broke the rules and cheated , he doesn't have a run of 24 fights undefeated. A DQ loss is still a loss.

This is a really weird question to answer because most of the fighters you think could do it are HW's? If the HW's had to cut down to LHW then they are all screwed.

So is this like a catch weight thing? Even then I don't think anyone else could've done it, assuming each of the LHW's had proper time to prepare for a catchweight bout.

Khamzat would have zero chance imo, ZERO. A lot of these fighters are very underrated, Rashad Evans for example was never submitted a single time his entire career, and hurt Jones as badly as anyone ever has. Khamzat's skillset is not developed enough to deal with this amount of great fighters who are all as big or bigger than him. Even Jones with his hell bows, couldn't get stipe out of there. And Jones is a superior grappler to Khamzat, Khamzat would get squashed or KO'd against a lot of these guys. To beat this litany of fighters, you need to FINISH them. Khamzat has never finished an elite fighter aside from the Whittaker fight which was in fact a jaw injury disguised as a rear naked choke.

Peak Anderson Silva could smoke most of the guys on this list, but Stipe & Gane are a step too far just on size alone. And the way Jones beat all of these guys while not once being wobbled, dropped, or overwhelmed is absurd. The Vitor armbar was the only submission he was even caught in.

There is only Jones, no one else could've done it.

DC beat Stipe and walked throught the HW grandprix Fedor was eliminated from in the first round.

Bader also starched Fedor, twice...

Your original post doesn’t even make sense. You put Gane as an easy win for Ngannou but he went life and death that fight, and it was a split decision that could have gone either way.

Did anyone even watch gane v Francis?
