Had the day off so I was gonna do 2 classes today. After the first class at 6 a.m. (nogi) I planned on going on a run between classes. So after 3 miles I started walking to the "L" (Chicago subway/tube system) and it turns out I left my mask at the academy so I had to run back. Only did drilling in the second class. My legs hurt. :(
