Once you finish cutting you should focus on recover skin´s tension. A bouncy, healthy skin is very important for well being.
Muscles are great for aesthetic - i guess - but not that necesary for health as a toned skin.

Edit: As buzbeh points out, moderate dosis of sunlight (early morning,late afternoon) are very good for the skin, which is in itself transparent for a good reason
