On a side note if United win the EL, and qualify for the Champions League, a lot of players will see an automatic increase in their salary by 20-30%.......including likes of Rashford, Antony and Sancho.

Just makes it that much more difficult to get rid.
 
Just read the news : Man United have already decided not to sack Amourimnho even if they dont win the EL.

Deciding not only Amourimnho's fate at Man United, but also the club's future, by judging Amourimnho's half assed, half a season, the context in which the club is atm, etc ... and by not yet fully backing him, then that imo, would be retarded.

Obviously couldn't have gone much worse, and Amorim has not covered himself in glory, but it was a bit of an impossible job in hindsight.

That said, Tuchel took over Lampard mid season in 20/21, changing from a back 4 to a back 3, and took Chelsea from 10th to 4th whilst winning the FA Cup and CL.......so there is a recent precedent of how it's done!

@Rawex Funny you bring that up... yeah was reported pretty much in all yellow press newspapers yesterday LOL and let's not forget Köln not even secured promotion yet. Must be a proper idiot doing such the week before the last matchday. Got his nose broken if I'm not wrong aswell. What a plonker.

If i am not mistaken they were looking at different angles to look at and that sentence was for that.
Anyway before the game Real wanted a different ref, wonder what was the response to that. Probably Barca being above complaining and should let refs do their job (lets just ignore the CL semifinal aftermath)
