We were in the drop zone, playing like crap, and had lost a bunch of games on the bounce. It was an international break, and some of the lads came in for extra training sessions to try and sort it out, and when they came in, Bruce was nowhere to be seen. He was on holiday in Spain :eek:

The man is a joke but he had his friends in the media at the time protecting him. They were saying he was doing a great job <lol><lol><lol>

Some of the decisions the club has made In bringing in both players and managers have been clearly poor or short sighted, especially with hindsight.

Hiring Southgate would trump them all by far. Literally no upside.

Failure at club level 15 years ago. Dig a little deeper, and his decent-on-paper international record isn’t particularly impressive, neither.
 


Only a matter of time now. The other 14 are finally realising that this nonsense is a load of bollocks and designed to keep the same teams in and around the extra money and has nothing to do with protecting teams from going bankrupt.
