Media Pre UFC Stipe speaking as clear as a bell has fans wondering if he currently has CTE

Evidently has never spoken with great enunciation… but that last clip isn’t a good look. Has being punched in the head for a living impacted his ability to speak? Most likely.

Good thing it doesnt seem to affect lizard brain ability to still kick ass. But yeah, definitely CTE going on there. But hes been fighting for 15 years in the heavyweight division.

At least when it comes to speech disorders anyways.. CTE is much more than that, although I'm sure he's fine. Just sayin.
I would think that Miocic is probably watched quite carefully if he really still is a full-time firefighter.

My buddy who was a firefighter in the Navy and then as a civilian when he got out, said they were physically tested quarterly. They wouldn't be cleared to work if they weren't 100% (or if it were an extreme emergency). I would assume the fire department's higher-ups (knowing he was a pro fighter) would have kept a close eye on Stipe, unless they're just fucking stupid.

Most pro fighters and high-level boxers will inevitably develop CTE, it's just to which extent.

If the MMA gods aren't going to bless us with Miocic getting side-lined before Saturday so the rightful challenger can step in... can they at least just give us the massive upset? I like Stipe, but fuck this disgusting wait to watch a inevitable slaughter.

Stipe's lengthy layoff, Jacked Jon's backyard, Jon's favourite gloves, being 5 years younger holding virtually all the physical advantages... what's not to like about Miocic's chances??

I wonder what kind of mental acuity tests they'd bother performing regularly
