Haha yeah I think that was for 194. Agreed UFC 200 most definitely needs that epic storyline promos, fuck it give Jones and DC a Ronda vs Holm movie. These two really are the best in the world in their divisions give them that movie promo.

That is correct. They don't have any. The UFC's marketing is about promoting the UFC brand, not about promoting individual fighters. PPV stardom is about personal magnetism more than anything else, and the UFC's marketing department can't simply bestow it upon somebody who doesn't have it.
