This is where the EFC, the main local MMA org hosts its cards

- How many does it hold?
- Are the Government, venue etc going to pay the UFC a site fee?
- Can the market bare UFC's high ticket prices?

These are all big factors that will go into deciding whether or not this event happens.
Gotta think if Khamzat beats Whittaker they're going to give him a title shot at the Saudi PPV they said they're planning for Q2 2025. Saudis are apparently paying them a ton for that one.

That's why I have huge doubts this will happen. UFC prices have well over doubled sice the pandemic ended and they usually do arenas 15-20k capacity. For their Australian events this has been in addition to Government paid a site fee, in NSW Parliament (Sydney) they said Adesanya v Strickland card cost them $15mil. The cost of a mid-range ticket is now 3-4 times what I paid to see Metallica or Iron Maiden.

But given a choice I would say Pietermaritzburg! The name has a ring to it and they came out as number 1 for crime.
