This is from MMA mania. Oddly enough Usman has the best chance at +225.

Morales +300
Garry +325
Shavkat +350?
Ilia +400
Prates +1000 is wild.

As long as it's Morales, Garry or Shavkat, it doesn't matter to me.

I know Shavkat doesn't deserve it atm, but whatever, it's such a sick matchup. THE best matchup at WW.

Must think he has a time machine and can travel back to his 2020 self

The "casuals" are consistently several years behind I have noticed.

I remember going back to 15 ish years ago that even when Chuck Liddell was well into his getting knocked tf out by anything that touched him tour that it seemed like the bulk of casuals seemed to think he was still champion and on top of the world.

I don't even remember Usman ever being all that popular though

Could be my own bias. I was never a fan and felt.like his title run in particular was being blown way out of proportion.

In the case of this thread I now realize I was interpreting the odds to mean something different based on the wording of the thread title... so hopefully that means that he isn't being given anywhere remotely close to those odds of winning, but rather that whoever was polled is confident the UFC will find a way to further logjam the division and screw the fans and contenders

Morales. Shavat, Garry. All 3 deserve shot.

Prates might have best chsnce at Mak if Garry tdd won't hold and Mak can negate Morales size . Prates has 1 touch power and Mak doesnt have an iron chin.

Mak v Garry
Morales v Shavat for next shot or even interim to gaurentee next shot.

Prates vs Usman

Seems most logical

Ask the oddsmakers. They usually know best. Personally I’d have Shavkat or morales better chance than Usman.
Meh, the lion's share of the money I've won betting on MMA is single bets at + odds. I feel like bookies are especially iffy when it comes to this sport compared to others, but that might just be the amount of variables.

Aha. Seems legit... and +1000 Prates aswell, these odds cannot be from sane bookmaker...

<36>

He used to be championship fighter, but not anymore...nowdays its just money fight for both guys and theirshady manager. + free win for Islam.

You are right people will say, Islam is padding his record for fighting Usman and if he doesn't they will say he duck the goat of the division.

If he fights Morales they will say he is fighting inexperienced fighters.
and so on...........

Nice try. Makhachev simply made career out of beatin fighters which are absolutely out of their prime…or fighters like Moicano. They never matched him with explosive striker with bigger reach in his prime. It takes only one good punch - Fight with Martins is prove of that. So Moraes or even Prates have 1000x bigger chance to win than Usman. Another old, physically destroyed fighter and wrestler.

You mean the same way you downplay and hate on everything Ilia does?

Just to get it straight: cherry-picking and fighting a 38 year old Kamaru Usman, who’s 2‑3 in his last 5 is fine, while there are fighters like Morales, Shavkat, Garry, and even Prates waiting.

But Ilia beating Charles, who was 3‑2 in his last 5 when they fought, and now aiming for Paddy who’s on a 7-fight UFC win streak and 9 overall is hardcore ducking, right?

Khamzat at Welterweight would have the best odds of the whole lot, but is the UFC willing to risk Khamzat missing weight again, and has Khamzat even expressed any interest in fighting Islam at Welterweight.
