I have heard good things about it, looking forward to testing the gloves out. I just got a Cleto Reyes Facebar last week so I probably wont use the headgear for awhile.

I've had those focus mitts for a few years now and I like them a lot! Got them for really cheap around xmas one year and still use them a few times a week
 
Yeah they are broken in really well. If I can recall it took a little while but they are pretty nice. I alternate the Ringside ones and the Aries focus mitts I bought a few months ago
 
latest arrivals. if it weren't for the head cold that i'm battling right now i'd be taking these to the gym tonight.

I want to thank everyone on here that helped me choose my gear. I went with companies with great customer service (Cageside & KOFG). I have a ASU Headgear on its way as well as the Ring to Cage MiM 18oz Sparring gloves from MMAHQ.
 
latest arrivals. just came in today. i've gotta say, they are great looking gloves. the oval label has some cracks in it but that's not really a big deal to me.

forgot to mention, i got the gloves from kstargear. super fast shipping from texas. shipped monday got here an hour ago and i live in washington. they have great customer service as well, i highly recommend them.
 
Nice gloves and pads man! Let me know how those Boon gloves are after using them, I've been looking to buy a pair for awhile now :D
 
I bought them as a backup to my fairtex and also as my gloves for regular boxing which is tomorrow :) they fit totally different than the fairtex bgv1 as the cuff is longer and the thumb is attached differently (like how western gloves are)

Could you post side by side picture of Fairtex and Boons?
