I've always read and assumed the same until I had a chance to use both styles of gloves. I can't say I'm 100%, but with my limited experience I've seen minimal differences.
Did you decide to go with the neon green? How many ounces for the gloves? Can't wait to see the pics.

Also, I was pretty disappointed. K-1 World GP 2010 in Seoul had zero merchandise. Just programs and one type of t-shirt. Would have been cool to get some gloves.
I train with the owner here in Busan(we both have the same BJJ instructor).He got them for me.The shirts are small too, I hate foreign sizing. That SSEDA shirt that you have signed, isn't that the shirt that was on display at the Isami store in Seoul? Or did you actually acquire those sigs from Team MAD?
