I think the positive news here is how death rate in Germany is very low and it is great news. But if you try to extrapolate that to the world and say everything is as usual in the hospitals, then you are ignoring an obvious emergency of lack of space in ICU for people who need life support.
For the badly affected like Spain and Italy countries these questions are nonsensical at this point as hospitals are already overloaded and communities are creating new spaces for new patients. it already prevents patients with other critical illnesses from getting treatment and dying.
