Yeah that definitely sounds like she has no negative feelings for him that might stem from abuse, but that they both shared similar abuse. The result would be me dealing with shit from women that the rational part of my brain wants absolutely nothing to do with. Now, if you're someone who's unable to talk to girls at all, then that's a different story.

Porn is good. It's an alternative to sticking your dick in some dumb cunt just because you want to cum. A lot of people out there would be better off if they had stuck to porn in certain situations instead of fucking a girl and getting into a relationship. People overlook all sorts of flaws and end up miserable because they settled for someone they shouldn't be with. If you're a guy, that's likely happening because you aren't thinking clearly and just want someone to fuck.

If I still want to talk to someone even with having porn as an option, that's worth pursuing. If I don't have any interest in a girl, porn isn't the problem. I'm not going to stop watching it and not jack off for 3 weeks so that I'll be able to ignore how little interest I actually have in a person. People say porn re-wires your brain which is true, but literally everything you do is having an effect on your brain. That isn't unique to porn. If the only time you get to cum is when you're with a woman, that's also going to affect your brain chemistry. Watching TV is re-wiring your brain, posting here, seeing pictures on Facebook, etc. This shit is all changing the pathways in your brain daily.

I mean, we've evolved to want to procreate with as many women as possible. A man with no restrictions on his ability to do so without any outside influences to compel him to do otherwise is going to try to fuck whoever seems the most appealing at the first possible opportunity. There obviously needs to be some sort of counter-balance for that, since the overpopulated world we live in now isn't what our brains are hardwired for. If some people aren't quite as eager to have sex now because of porn, I don't even see why that's a bad thing.
