Guess I'd have to say pork ribs. I've only had beef ribs like once or twice, they don't seem to be a common thing up here. They were good, but not a large enough sample size to compare with pork ribs, which I love.

Because most people, myself included, like beef more. Yet when talking about ribs, they assume beef are just naturally better. That's just my thoughts on it anyway.
