I love Texas-style beef ribs. Sadly, I haven't had them in a while. We've got some Texas BBQ places where I live and they're awesome, but they just do pork ribs instead.Beef. The fuck is wrong with you people?

Beef>pork all day long.. and that goes for anything, not just ribs
Beefs great but pork shits all beef when it comes to things like sausage, preserved meats, terrines etc it's not just bacon100%. Only thing pigs have going for them is bacon.
Because most people, myself included, like beef more. Yet when talking about ribs, they assume beef are just naturally better. That's just my thoughts on it anyway.
