Pork ribs vs Beef ribs

Pork ribs or Beef ribs?

Pork ribs are better. I would have them at least once a month, this was back about 9 years ago when me and some college buddies would go see every UFC PPV at the local Pub.

Good question. I've had beef ribs, but it's been a while. I used to really enjoy them, though. They're nice and meaty. A lot of pork ribs are just mundane, but when done right, they have a really nice smoky flavor that perhaps doesn't quite translate exactly into beef ribs. I think I'll vote for pork ribs just because I remember them more and they're awesome when done right. But I still like beef ribs and look forward to eating them again when I can...

I'm not poor so I don't eat ribs.

Beef. The fuck is wrong with you people?
I love Texas-style beef ribs. Sadly, I haven't had them in a while. We've got some Texas BBQ places where I live and they're awesome, but they just do pork ribs instead.

Beef>pork all day long.. and that goes for anything, not just ribs

100%. Only thing pigs have going for them is bacon.
Beefs great but pork shits all beef when it comes to things like sausage, preserved meats, terrines etc it's not just bacon

As for the question I like both prob about the same. don't eat ether much as there's nowhere that serves them here and if I'm smoking it's usually something else. Also baby backs are ridiculously expensive in my country

I eat pork ribs more frequently, but enjoy beef ribs more on the rarer occasion when I do have them.

I cant cook beef ribs right to save my life. Baby back are always great.

Spare Ribs / St Louis ribs can fuck right off.

Because most people, myself included, like beef more. Yet when talking about ribs, they assume beef are just naturally better. That's just my thoughts on it anyway.

Beef is awesome cept on 2 occasions...The 2 things pork cant be topped on. Bacon and ribs

I love them both, but I'm leaning towards pork. I don't have beef ribs very often, they seem to be harder to come across at restaurants.

I knew there was a reason we were friends. I agree with this wholeheartedly.
