Had ribs for dinner recently and it made me think. For me, beef ribs are far superior to pork ribs, it's not even close. I'd get into why but it's not about me, it's about the aggregate.

Two ribs enter, one rib leaves.

Country ribs(aka pork).

Fat is flavor

Both are good, but pork better I suppose. They have to be slow-cooked, well done.

I'm not poor so I don't eat ribs.

Pork...it keeps away the Muslims

<{cruzshake}>

I honestly love both

Ribs are my favorite meal by far

Im bi-ribual

Pork for me and it's not even close. In fact, I would almost always pass up beef ribs if pork wasn't available.

To be honest, I don't think I have ever tried beef ribs. I have only tried pork. Would very much like to try beef.

it's hard to get the best beef ribs but when you do they are amazing, that said pork ribs

I don't eat ribs ( or meat) any more but when I did it was pork ribs. Sweet Baby Rays sauce then Tapatio on it.

I love both, but in my expirence beef when done properly eeks out the win.

Beef ribs are more forgiving and can be easier to cook, but when pork ribs are smoked just right, they are the shizznit. I'd go pork because they are meatier and easier to eat.
