Am I the only one who has heard this director's name spoken three different ways, now?
I've heard it said like Ryan (RYE-UHN), which made me think his mom was one of those semi-literate hipsters who thought it was cool to give their kid a name a billion other kids have, but spell it differently to create a narcissistic, hostile conversation starter at parties, but I usually hear it spoken as RYE-ANN or even REE-ANN. Which one is right?
It's another joke review that lasts three minutes then cuts to blackOMG!!!! FOR REAL!!!! I CAN'T WAIT TO HAVE TIME TO WATCH IT!!!!
Movies that i know ill never see are the best spoiler full reviews, specifically from RLM.I'm torn...
On the one hand, I pride myself on never watching the piece of shit known as TLJ.
On the other hand... love me some RLM.
Your initial impression is the correct one, although I usually apply it to the latter (people who need to apply superfluous accents on shit; started for me when Martin Lawrence felt the need to pronounce Robin like "Raw Ben" -- no, saying it like that doesn't make you more/less hood so just stop).I've heard it said like Ryan (RYE-UHN), which made me think his mom was one of those semi-literate hipsters who thought it was cool to give their kid a name a billion other kids have, but spell it differently to create a narcissistic, hostile conversation starter at parties, but I usually hear it spoken as RYE-ANN or even REE-ANN.
