I think it was more so to make Shai a superstar. Every sports league takes care of a certain young player in hopes of making them a superstar. Every sport is rigged imo with the exception of maybe hockey. They would’ve had McDavid win a ring by now

Maybe…maybe not. It took me 9 months to return to full FF duties. That makes it around March or so. Them being highly trained athletes with way better resources than me could see them come back sooner.

Kobe came back in about eight, Richard Sherman in a similar time frame. But then you got KD who took his sweet ass time with 18 months. So who knows?

It’s because there’s no money in hockey. There’s no point rigging it. Mcgregor is making as much as a lower end NBA bench/alternate player.
 
Are folks out here really trying to pump up a “Best Season Ever” type hype for SGA with an CMVP award that’s only been around for 3 years while not making the All Defense or DPOY? Is this where the league is going?

I’d Take LeFlop’s 2012 or 2013 season over this FT merchant’s stats.

All those awards are meaningless, Bad Porn is the GOAT Warrior and he never got a single All Star game or MVP vote



I know his Clipper run is the stuff of legend, got nothing there either.

I don’t understand Portland’s thinking in making that trade. Felt like they could’ve gotten a better return for Simons. At least they’ll be one hell of a defensive team.
