Michael Jordan. James Harden scored at least 15pts a game on shove-stepbacks 3x that hard for a decade straight.
Wrong

He would fake the step back and the defender would lunge forward and he's throw his shooting motion through the defender. He would use his shoulder to drive, which is fairly common.

His step back was very clean more often than not.

Just saw Tatums achilles tear compared to Kobes as they were talking how it happened at same time during the game for some reason. THAT WAS ONLY SIMILARITY. Kobe got up didn't make a sound or even grimace- he slowly walks to line an hits 2 fts then walks off court (limps) like a boss . Tatum flails around crying. Kobe was just stone cold

Or! (Bear with me a moment)... not all torn Achilles injuries are created equal and there is a wide range regarding the severity of the injury.

<DCWhoa>

The difference in their reactions was comical. Both were complete ruptures (grade 3 tears).

There are numerous examples of Kobe playing through brutal injuries. Hell, the year he came back from the Achilles tear, he ended up fracturing his knee, stayed in the game, and got the win.

Absolute legend.

It's a shame the Flakes went from Kobe's greatness to this can.

Was funny seeing Kobe shred his achilles...... get up without a word on his own walk to line hit both fts then walk off on his own. Tatum tears his and fails on ground like a caught fish .

Interesting. That's quite a haul for Bane, but he's exactly what Orlando needs atp.

That’s a lot of picks from Orlando to give up. But kcp was little overpaid and bane is still 26.

Magic good enough to make playoffs so they are probably thinking do we want 4 more Tristan de Silvas or a borderline all-star to help push us into contention? Plus I think with the pacers run, teams probably thinking they aren’t as far off from contending as some might think. Kinda how the knicks gave up their future draft for Mikal bridges.

Kobe was so great he never scored a playoff point after 2013 and basically led the lakers to the worst record in the nba until LeGoat came and save my lakes.

Lebron won a title in the Bubble * could do nothing after. Kobe won 2 titles with Pau and Artest as his wingman LeBron couldn't do that he needed stacked teams .

Lebron is the greater natural talent no denying that but last 5 min of a game I would much rather have Kobe.

126-284 was the lakers record from 2013 until Lebron got there btw. Worst record in the NBA over that span.

Implying Gasol wasn't amazing and Artest wasn't a top defender in the league. Artest's number went down because of Bynum (pre-injury) and Lamar Odom who was the best two way connector in the game at the time.

When Gasol got traded to the Lakers everyone thought it was bullshit because they got a top 3 player at his position for peanuts.

Those Laker teams were fucking yoked.

Magic got robbed lol

4 unprotected first rounders, 2 rotation players for a guy who has never even been selected to an all star team. Fuckin minus wing span Reptar arms.

Helluva gamble for a fringe playoff team known for having season derailing injuries to key players

He looks like he can be the new midget in the next Bad Santa movie.
