It doesn't assess animals that have bitten anyone. It doesn't comparative rates of the general success of identification by "experts" for other breeds. Chiefly, it doesn't even comprehensively validate the successful identification rates of "Pitbull-type" dogs because it only tests for two purebred breeds that are generally associated with that umbrella.
