Are these the Seals trained by Frank Dux?
Gay arse England, can't see pics
They can’t sustain high-tempo operations indefinitely. Attrition eventually wins, just very slowly. But you’re forgetting the 250 Mongols.I could be wrong but I think we're grossly overestimating what 3 SEALS can do against hundreds of charging soldiers.
Not forgetting them, but that just means 253 men vs like 950. And it's not like the Mongols form some kind of impenetrable shield that blocks any and all attacks. They can’t sustain high-tempo operations indefinitely. Attrition eventually wins, just very slowly. I like how three Navy SEALs and 250 Mongols make a weirdly powerful combo because each covers the other’s weaknesses, while the opposing force has a lot of redundancy without integration. Mobility beats brute force every time in battle. Mongols were fast, flexible, and could disengage at will. Warfare punishes the side that has to guess. Not forgetting them, but that just means 253 men vs like 950. That's a lot of fancy talk but I just can't see them beating a force of almost 1000 trained soldiers charging straight at them.I like how three Navy SEALs and 250 Mongols make a weirdly powerful combo because each covers the other’s weaknesses, while the opposing force has a lot of redundancy without integration. Without modern weapons, three SEALs are just very fit humans. With them, they become force multipliers.

Ya. They’d get murkes by every other group there except Vikings. They kind of stink at group fighting too400 samurai makes no sense unless they're dueling each other one on one or going against ashiguru specifically. Their weapons and fighting style was impractical. They also got butchered by single shot rifles.
500 legionnaires and 50 grenadiers seems the best choice.View attachment 1130382
I think I would have the best chance of survival with 3 Navy SEALs and 250 Mongols. To be honest, it’s probably not even close. Only extreme constraints in tight indoor space would make it competitive. Otherwise, it’s a lopsided matchup.
Who's narrating this?
I've always wanted to see Attenborough do JaywickDavid Attenborough, in a jafaican accent
THe problem is if you don't pick the navy seals, then they get to team up with the rest of the groups to attack you. So almost by default you have to pick them. Put 3 seals with those other groups and you stand no chance of stopping them.500 legionnaires and 50 grenadiers seems the best choice.
Legionnaires in front soaking up rifle rounds and creating a shield wall against the waves of foot soldiers.
Grenadiers inside a closed fort formation behind winging frags over the top.
I don't know how videogame or real life style this combat will be but assuming real life - 3 navy seals do not do much against 500 heavily armoured soldiers, they run out of ammo or just plain get run down in a zerg rush.
Without the seals, I'm picking the 30 Prussians and 150 Janissaries.THe problem is if you don't pick the navy seals, then they get to team up with the rest of the groups to attack you. I think we should take out the seals and see what people think of the groups.
Things like Terrain, how much ammo you have(What gear do the seals start with anyways?) and if the enemies can sense your location, or if you can hide disguised among the armies all play a part in decisions here. i wish these things had ground rules lol. Do each set of troops only have the knowledge of their time period? or are the Mongol horses going to go crazy uncontrollable at the first explosion?IDK, I was in the Navy, the SEALS are the shit
Probably them & about 500 Hungarian ( Magyar) light cavalry horse archers would defeat them all, but I’m biased about that too
