I am saying having very big legs like Benson is worse as it takes your ability to have more muscle on your upper body where the majority of grappling, punching, wrestling, etc power comes from.
I used Jon Jones as the modern MMA athlete who is dominating whilst having extraordinary thin legs.
One must ask what the functional point of extreme muscle on legs in an MMA fight. This isn't a 100m sprint (unless you're condit I guess)
