Physically weakest fighter

Chase Hooper
CM Punk although he at least obviously trained hard
Cody McKenzie
Nate Diaz is not strong, but has good endurance and BJJ to compensate
Ryan Hall

None of those guys are weak TBH as they all train and grapple. But compared to other MMA fighters they are weak. I doubt Diaz, Hall or Hooper could bench press 225. That doesn't matter that much for fighting, but you can see it translate as they all have weak ass takedowns.

Physical strength is a very important part of fighting. Thats why theres weight classes and guys are doing every extreme thing they can to fight at a smaller weight class.

Im not counting wmma, its unfair to compare men and women.

but which, i assume 125lber is the scrawniest, physically weakest UFC fighter ever? This isnt to fighter bash, just interesting to know who is the weakest fighter to find relative success on his skills and techniques but has the weakest physical strength.

I think Su Mudaerji LOOKS like he has never lifted weights. He’s tall for 125 @ 5’8. I don’t think he looks strong at all, but he’s 3-2 in the ufc and won 3 straight until his recent crazy loss to schnell.
Ryan Hall

U really think hes weaker than su mudaerji? Ryan is a grappler and those guys tend to have very good physical strength. Su looks like a striker, long and lanky with not much muscle.

Didnt expext this to turn into a tom cruise love confession thread lol

Ww old Tony.
Ww old Sanchez.

Compared to the average Ww they are super weak.

I think it was Kawajiri’s pride debut, but he was up against a Korean fighter, and I swear the guy looked like he would be more at home playing League or Legends than fighting in a ring…
