Some people use that to claim he has holoprosencephaly, though that seems very unlikely since he shows no other symptoms and it is far more likely it's as he said that he lost a tooth when he young. If you lose or have a tooth pulled while your back teeth are still coming in they will move your teeth to fill the gap.
 
Nate Diaz was my first instinct, but as he's been mentioned several times, I nominate Kyle Daukaus to represent the non-manlets.
