Considering the circumstances, I could accept such speedy disengagements. But it has to be applied to all Quarter final bouts, not just this one, which is unfair
 
Kusch is a badass, he was just about out from that choke and he just powered through it.
 
Kusch got saved by the bell. Andrew Luck might be the WW favorite.

Also another "injury" to prevent a Dagestani vs Dagestani semi-final.

Although we're probably screwed, it's almost guaranteed that Howard, Story and Santos are going the distance. And Shields could easily grind out Cooper...please fight gods, don't let that all happen.

Oh, my bad, sorry. That could work, not a bad idea. I'd prefer 3x3 + 3x5 though. Semi finals are more important.

yeah, there is really no great solution. Any way you cut it, there are going to be holes.
