Dana, Sean and the UFC all know, they just don't care.

Why would Yan waste his time participating in MMA Math that ultimately disparages himself?
Also Yan was having his way with Aljo before the dumb knee in the first fight. Since you’re talking about people not mentioning things.
Blyat ne seri nahui. How do you say "No shit, Sherlock" in Russian?
No bias there at all.I´m a Petr Yan fan and he won that fight.
Do you score round 1 O' Miley for landing a few jabs or to Petr for all the takedowns. No bias there at all.
Said no one ever.Petr lost that fight
I just put him on ignore, he's an idiot imo. He's like 1 out of 2 Jones fans that they have left on here, that should tell you all you need to know.Do you score round 1 O' Miley for landing a few jabs or to Petr for all the takedowns.
Round 2 Sean does land a near knock down but besides that the whole round is a dominant beat down for Petr.
Round 3 Sean definitely wins but it's competitive unlike round 2.
Overal Petr was the better man.
Ask Khabib.
I go with Dom Cruz's criteria for a takedown to warrant points. Holding on to someone and doing no damage shouldn't be rewarded. But I'll concede. The control was done by Yan but the damage was done by O'Malley.Do you score round 1 O' Miley for landing a few jabs or to Petr for all the takedowns.

I would have to rewatch it. I am on the side of takedown with 0 damage ans submission threads or dominat positions to be less than landing punches. I would have to rewatch it. Unfortunate that a close round goes to Sean, than the other 2 are split but Petrs was more dominant. That's the hole in round by round scoring. Overal I am claiming Yan did more. Am not mad at it, Sean fought well.I go with Dom Cruz's criteria for a takedown to warrant points. Holding on to someone and doing no damage shouldn't be rewarded. But I'll concede. I agree. I thought second Aljo and Yan fight was determined by control. No one did shit to hurt the other imo. Sean (and I can't stand his gimmick) did more in trying to damage Yan. As opposed to winning by control. Sidenote, Im not a GSP hater but his later title wins were more or less about control over damage. Always looked beat up compared to the opponent he just dominated. Sometimes optics matter in who won a fist fight. Again. ImoI would have to rewatch it. But the Aljo losses. That pisses me off. Ruins a dominant victory with the knee. Dq loss. Than losses by split over the first round that they both were inactive in.
All good. 135 has multiple top fighters.
GSP had found his recipe and kept using it as long as it worked. He did give us a treat in the comeback at MW. That was a banger.I agree.
