Thats only half of the story tho, Jones did indeed beat "the best" HW the UFC had at the time, Gane was #1 going into that fight, but that was over 2 years ago, there is a new guy around for Jones to fight, it doesnt matter if he is the GOAT and #1 P4P, there is a new guy for Jones to fight, the only thing i can say regarding stripping talks is that Jones fought 7 months ago...thats not stripping time.
