You tried taking a multivitamin and drinking more water? The alcohol could be sapping your body of Vitamins. It makes your body unable to absorb or create lots of different stuff.
i drink bout +1 litre a day at work. should drink more water when i get home but its just easier at work really sitting at a desk.

i dont take vitamins.

but i been sober before and even in 15 days my face cleared up, lost alot of puffiness that alcohol gives and just yeah improved alot. so i guess, do less and that would make it get better too, but im not phased by it really.

hahaha no definitely haven't had anything like that happen
twas like this on steroids. he had a whole bundle of it. something like 30 strips, he stole a whole little container lol.

i meant to ad the video to the last post i made but forgot lol.

Agree, it’s like a facial combover.

Beard growth can be so weird tho
My man’s got thick sideburns, goatee and mustache but only like three stray hairs on his cheeks lol.

Van Dykes/wrongly called goatees belong in the late 90s or early 2000s, breh
I never hear anyone properly call them Van Dykes and I hear everyone wrongly call them goatees.

The Van Dyke has the moustache and chin hair connecting. A goatee is just the chin hair which makes sense since the name was taken from this.

Not that I really care. Just sayin'.

My beard game is weak. I'll keep it down though.

I'll never go bald though, and 36 and not a single grey hair in sight.

I've decided to pick up some rogaine. Apparently it's going to take like 6 months to get results but fuck it. Full beard here I come
You realize that you're going to have to keep at it forever, right?

As soon as you stop taking it, the hair growth will stop, and the areas you treated will slowly revert back to normal.

hey, he is fifty. let him call it what ever he wants.

this is true. but id loop in sideburns too.

those three focal points are the 3 main areas that set the foundation for that beard.

Well my entire Van Dyke is thick and full as are my sideburns. It is just the cheek hair that grows in like Johnny Depp there for me.

So therefore you and guys like @Loiosh should be welcoming me into elitist little club.

Because I hate putting chemicals on or in my body I just googled this for you...

A Simple, Natural Alternative To Minoxidil Without Side Effects

Here’s a recipe I use everyday to protect my hairline from receding.

It works more effectively than minoxidil, it’s also cheaper and doesn’t have the adverse effects of a chemical because you’ll only be using natural ingredients.

Firstly, take some magnesium oil. Magnesium oil helps reduce calcification in the scalp. With a 200ml bottle of magnesium oil add around 10ml of peppermint essential oil and 10ml of rosemary essential oil.

From the graph below it’s clear that peppermint oil (PEO) ranks above minoxidil (MXD) for hair regrowth effectiveness.

Even the title of the study from 2014 was “Peppermint Oil Promotes Hair Growth without Toxic Signs” showing that the side effects associated with peppermint oil are non-exsistant compared to minoxidil.

I have a full beard and dark like Arlovski, it's horrible, i have a permanent shadow with only 22

Based off my bit of research before deciding to take the plunge, I'm not convinced thats true. If I stay at it for a year straight I'm confident I can get permanent results.

Maybe if I shave it all off at some point it may not grow back as well with out the rogaine but as long as I dont shave it I think I will be fine.

Even if that is the case no biggie. I just want to be able to experience what its like at some point.

I have a shit beard.

Patchy as hell.

And you're four inches taller than me.

yeah its weird, I always appreciate guys when they look good and give them props but a lot of these guys are insecure saying things like if you cant grow a full beard kill yourself its because that is all they got many of them look like shit but they try to focus on what they have either full head of hair or full beard.

Most chicks dont care, but these guys telling men how they should look is like the men who watched Man show and wore hotrod flame shirts like Guy Fieri.
Some dudes use their beards like makeup on chicks, to cover up their homely faces or weak chins. Or some do it to hide the fact that their face is bloated from too much brew and french fries.

Neem oil is also supposedly good for hair growth as well. I've never tried it, though.

Can grow a full beard but keep it short because bitches here like the wolfish face

Also the viking beard looks like the shelter of ugly peoples more often than not lol

Neem? Or is it emu oil? I tried castor oil but couldnt keep it up because i was scared seeing all the hair from my head on my hands after applying it.

Sad to say but this is all more bs, this will probably only help people with thinning weak hair from vitamin deficiency or from stress to thicken it up, but not people with mpb, most of those oil remedies only work for females, like castor oil it thickens uo womens hair because they dont have male pattern baldness which comes from dht

Whatever oil the companies want you to buy--that's the oil that helps with hair growth. Seems that way anyways.

I've never even attempted a beard due to work restrictions. Ugly dudes with poor jawlines must be rejoicing that the beard has become so hip. They're a very effective mask to hide your butt ugly face.
