People think Nate will win the rematch? LOL

Nate is Conor's daddy....Conor will hopefully retire for real after Nate waxes that ass again....

Why is it that people like you always think they are being baited. Just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't make it bait. Growing up is hard, take it in strides. Although, I guess you are mature as your hero Nate
Keep trolling kid.

I can't rule out Conor losing, but I think you only see what you want to see. Conor has already changed his training. He's been training with Olympic boxers and high level BJJ guys since then and a big part of the spat with the UFC over the press conference was him trying to focus on revamped training for cardio. People get hung up on Ido Portal but Kavanaugh has said that he only comes in at the end when their main training has been completed. Certainly if he takes the same approach in the rematch he will lose, but pretending that he can't change, can't improve or has no chance at winning is pure hate. Nate is not some invincible fighting machine and Conor is not some bum off the street. The key to beating Nate will be attacking his lead leg.
Conor gon get slapped around........ AGAIN! Is normal.

Conor got caught. It happens to the best of fighters. It happened to GSP, Anderson (heel hook), Stipe, Cain, Hendricks, Lawler (vs Nate), dos Anjos and many others. People are acting like that soul performance is a defining moment in the spectacular career of Conor McGregor. It's not. Nate is a person that does not rise to the occasion. In terms of choking, he is on par with Kenny Florian. He couldn't get it done in his fight with Bendo, Thompson or RDA yet "people" are acting like he is some person that can always beat one of the most clever and elusive fighters at welterweight. Conor will rematch Nate (he got the fight because the first one was a fluke victory) and this time he will put away Diaz early in the 1st. All you doubters are free to bump this thread after the fight for shaming purposes.

Delusional

Yea, Conor did get caught, lets be honest here. He got caught fucking with the wrong dude and got embarassed.

You must have not watched. Diaz was getting lit up and landing some lame jabs. When he tried to take it to the ground he got reversed almost instantly.

Every single site has Conor winning the first round easily and winning the 2nd round until the flurry if you look at play-by-plays.

If you expect Nate to be laying face down on the canvas then please bet on it. I will be betting on Conor losing. I hope lots of people bet on Conor--I want to make more money.

It was much closer than people give it credit for. Landing a 1-2 that you're known for, that you landed earlier in the fight, and that you've been setting up the entire time is not landing a "hail mary" and you know it, especially not from a Diaz brother of all people. Nate landed good body shots in and out of the clinch both rounds before he rocked Conor. I remember watching Conor take a deep breath after Nate landed a right hand to the stomach and knowing the end was coming.

Conor had every advantage one could hope for in a prize fight and couldn't even come close to getting it done. Nate was in just about the worst condition and circumstances he could be in every way and still had a competitive first round and a second round where he took over. He beat Conor physically and verbally.

The key to beating Nate will be attacking his lead leg.

Everyone says this but the only person who has beat Nate this way was RDA. Other people have landed on the lead leg of course, but the only person to specifically stifle and shut down Nate with this attack was RDA. Conor to my knowledge has never beat nor detrimentally hindered someone with leg kicks ever in his career.

The only time in Nick's career where his lead leg took a serious beating was against Cyborg. Everyone talks about attacking the lead leg being the key but only two people have ever done it to either Diaz bro, and they've faced some good kickers. I'm beginning to think that one of the biggest myths on Sherdog is people thinking that attacking the lead leg of either Diaz bro is some sort of auto win against them. Cowboy managed to sweep Nate off his feet several times but even he didn't do significant damage to the legs, and he's exhibited much better leg kicks and cardio than Conor.

Not only did he win, but he bitch slapped him so hard his grandchilds will come out very educated!

Good ole "he was winning till he lost theory". A win is a win, and Nate didn't just catch him. He landed a boat load of strikes, then pieced him up on the feet and became the aggressor midway through round 2 then subbed Conor.

seriously, it is like saying someone sprinted and was winning the marathon after 2 miles, but then cramped up, collapsed into the gutter, and shit himself. That is basically what happened in Conor vs. Diaz 1.

TS, you need to change your name, and your av, and step up your troll game while you are at it.

I like Conor, he is very good for the sport but these delusional people that can't except the fact that there hero got his ass whooped makes me want to see it happen again. This time in more of a devastating fashion!

Some random shit....
- Diaz is not a WW, he is a LW, only 1 weight class above Conor!
- Diaz has better boxing, JJ, length, cardio, experience, training partners, chin and level headed fans!
- McGregor is not going to become better then Diaz in boxing and JJ in just a few months.

I am loving the fact that Diaz is the dog again, pay day August 20th!!

Conor "getting caught" is a really stupid description of that fight. Conor took a few good shots and after that he was still on his feet and coherent but he broke mentally which is why he shot for the takedown. That is absolutely not "getting caught" lol. Conor's chin and gas tank appear to have been the problem in that fight.

I also love how you criticize Nate for "choking". He came in with no camp whatsoever as a late replacement and he finished Conor in the second round even though hardly anyone expected him to win. He was supposed to be a stepping stone to a shot at RDA. Saying that Nate is a choker after doing that is beyond retarded.

He's a BJJ black belt, triathlete, and trains regularly with elite boxers. He's smarter than he lets people in on. And he's ridiculously mentally tough from growing up in one of the most dangerous cities in the US.
You forgot he has some Judo skills too. If dude had good muay thai he'd be almost unbeatable.

I dunno but conor seems to hit pretty hard, its just that nate takes those shots by bigger guys and keeps coming. And conor doesnt have the touch butt to grapple with nate.
