Unlike previous presidents, who were able to offered nuanced and evolving commentary on complex issues, Trump is too dumb to do anything other than get up there and repeat his same tired talking points. There will be absolutely nothing new in his speech:

-Immigrants bad

-I am more successful and know more about everything than everyone

There's literally zero people in the audience who haven't heard this same tired script as before from Trump, so I doubt Pelosi is really trying to stop him from repeating his Twitter timeline in verbal form.
