PB's Diet Log

Meal 1: Cereal with soy milk
Meal 2: Bowl of fried rice and turkey salad
Meal 3: Granny Smith Apple
Meal 4: Banana
Meal 5: Chicken strip with green pepper, steamed fish, broccoli, and baby romaine salad

Lost 7 pounds so far. I can definitely feel the difference when I am wearing some of the more fitted shirts.
 
Meal 1: Cereal with soy milk (ran out of cereal today, need to buy tmr)
Meal 2: Chicken Salad Sandwich and Beef barley soup
Meal 3: Was in a rush to meet a friend to go to a bar, didn't want to drink with empty stomach but run out of place to eat under short notice so I went to a middle eastern joint, had rice (bad) potatoes (bad) salad, hummus, and grilled chicken.

Ran for 60 min today, mostly hard. Did 90 crunches as well. I don't think I eat too well today.
 
Meal 1: 2 boiled eggs
Meal 2: 2 slices of rye, 4 slices of roast turkey ham, and a salad
Meal 3: Granny Smith Apple + coffee
Meal 4: Dinner with parents: Calamari, bass, tofu with ground pork, asparagus, crispy skin chicken, and chicken broth.
 
Posting yesterday's diet log:

Meal 1: Fiber1 cereal with almond milk
Meal 2: Leftover from previous day
Meal 3: Some kind of chicken pastry + cheese/bread and a lot of wine.

Ran 45 min.
 
A bit hung over from yesterday's party.

Meal 1: Chicken Soup
Meal 2: Fried Rice
Meal 3: 2 grilled chicken leg, spring mix salad, sauteed mushroom & carrots.
 
For July 27th

Meal 1: Fiber1 cereal with almond milk
Meal 2: Went to Japanese restaurant: miso soup, california rolls, assorted sushi, shrimp and vegetable tempura, clear noodle thing.
Meal 3: Beef strips, turnips, salad, tofu

Run for 1 hour today

Meal 3: Rotisserie chicken with bbq sauce, lamb lion, steamed broccoli and 2 glasses of Bordeaux

Been noticing a trend that I am not eating small portion meals. Gonna have to step up on my diet and exercise. Though I've still been pretty good about cutting carbs and sugar out of diet.

Meal 1: fiber1 cereal with almond milk
Meal 2: Turkey ham, left over rotisserie chicken, 1 corn on the cob.
Meal 3: Steamed vegetable, sausages, eggs & onion, marlin steak

Forgot to bring fruit to work, need to remember.

1 hour on the elliptical today.

Meal 3: pan fried pork with carrots, sable-fish steak, eggs with onion, green vegetable

Meal 3: Attended a traditional birthday banquet for a relative turning 60. Lots of good food from roast suckling pig and abalone to giant scallops and bass. It was a 12 or 13 course meal.

Meal 2: 10 mushroom dumplings.
Meal 3: Garden Salad with cheddar cheese
Meal 4: Vancouver salt water shrimps, salmon steak, cabbage, fried pork strips with seaweed and ginger.

Meal 2: Left over from meal4 last night & salad
Meal 3: 6 or 7 Cherry tomatoes
Meal 4: 4 chicken drumsticks & salad with balsamic vinaigrette & a corn on the cob

Ran hard for 60min, felt good but want to start weight lifting soon

Meal 1: Fiber1 mixed with organic multigrain cereal & almond milk
Meal 2: Seafood congee, fried tofu with broccoli, fried breaded spicy pork chop, cabbage in sauce,
Meal 3: Left over of Meal 2

Ate more than usual, then run hard for 60min no problem.
 
Aug 6

Meal 1: Fiber1 & toasted oats with almond milk
Meal 2: Chicken salad in a bun, turkey and wild rice soup
Meal 3: Chicken kabob with garlic sauce, rice, 3 wedge of potatoes, Greek salad
 
Meal 1: Multigrain suffle and toasted oat with almond milk
Meal 2: Fried rice
Meal 3: Spinach salad with bacon bits & eggs
Meal 4: Thick strip loin and boiled squash
 
Meal 1: Same as yesterday
Meal 2: Teriyaki chicken & noodle
Meal 3: Went to a Japanese restaurant: Had a bento box with Salmon, veg & shrimp tempura, salad, california rolls, and miso soup.
 
Meal 1: Same as the day before
Meal 2: multigrain rice, squash, 2 drumsticks, turnips
Meal 3: Apple
Meal 4: 3 Drumsticks, salmon filet, turnips, carrots, veggie
 
Aug 10

Meal 1: Same
Meal 2: Fried rice
Meal 3: chicken breast & drumstick, lobster miso soup with tofu, vegetable





Aug 11

Meal 1: Same
Meal 2: Sticky rice & broccoli
Meal 3: red & green pepper with pork strip in black bean sauce, some kind of fish, carrots & cabbage, left over chicken.
