PBF-Madonna 2 PPV numbers

It is a bit early but that would be very surprising if the numbers were that high for this fight.

Good numbers. Hopefully with a cheaper undercard they made money this time.

This makes me want to throw up.

We are boxing fans, not promoters. We want GREAT undercards so we get our money's worth.

We do not want shit undercards, so that millionaire promoters and boxers get more millions on our dime.

What kind of fans want shitty undercards so that the promoter pockets more? Jesus.

Brainwashed fans.

I find that hard to believe considering the lack of promotion that went behind this fight...

And especially considering the undercard was terrible.

Undercard showcased a fight with a future Up and Comer, the true Lightwieght Championship on the line but thats not good enough.

On paper it wasn't a bad card.

Very true. I will remain skeptical for now for these exact reasons. But Maidana made the first fight a hell of a lot more exciting than it was supposed to be so I can see why more people would tune in. That was certainly not your average Floyd fight.

Like I said to each their own, his fights are predicable and lack drama. They resemble sparring. He needs to stop this whole best ever thing, the best fight the best and destroy competition. Floyd does zero damage, but is one of the best defensively of all time.

I've said before that you're much smarter than the swindled blacks and bloodthirsty Mexicans that buy Floyd's cards. If the rest of us fight fans were like you, boxing would still be in its golden age and Nick would be making what Floyd makes.

Not trying to make this into a race thing but Floyd's business approach is pretty transparent. Fight around Cinco de Mayo and in September against the hot latino fighter at the time and get the latino market to contribute a huge amount of PPV buys towards his cause.

lol, I know your stance. It's probably the only thing I've ever seen you post on this forum. For the record, I'm consistently amused by the swindled blacks and bloodthirsty Mexicans comments.

Floyd does zero damage eh? Tell that to Gatti, Mosley, Judah, Cotto, Marquez, Ortiz, all at least wobbled by Floyd. Instead of putting stupid ramifications on the "best ever" notion, try appreciating artistry for what it is. By your rationale here guys like Benitez, Locche, Pep, and many other should never be mentioned as great fighters because they weren't "destroyers." But the thing is, they were some of the best to put on gloves.

cotto almost went down in the 12th w floyd, and hes a tough sonofabitch
