Israel would be just fine with giving Palestine it's own country except for the fact that Palestine would never stop trying to attack Israel. When I was in Israel in 2006 I got the feeling that your average Israeli wants peace at any cost. If it takes a two state solution, they're in. If it takes the extermination of a people who will never, ever stop being their enemy, they're ok with that too. Israel has offered numerous peace solutions over the years, Palestine has offered zero, and never really appeared to take such negotiations seriously. Palestine isn't some innocent victim in this the way people like you, nicky and benjamins like to pretend.

what about the near 2 million palestinians living in israel? pretty much shows your stance for what it is. and no one is completely innocent, but we know who occupies who, and that makes a big difference.

Yet another slanted post by Nicky. Hamas didn't agree to recognize Israel, Fatah said they might consider it as part of a peace deal. Hamas in fact said that they could not recognize Israel. The Israelis in turn said that Fatah can either have peace with Israel or an agreement with Israel, not both.

Only this is of course, not true. They riot and attack Israelis as well. Not all of them, not most of them but Israeli Arabs do it all the time, unfortunately.

The police just caught an Israeli Arab taxi driver who murdered a young Israeli woman two months ago. They throw rocks from a bridge that goes over the highway. I drove under it today and there is a police car on the bridge to prevent that. They throw rocks at cars that drive on highways next to Arab villages. They pulled people out of their cars who were driving on a road next to an Arab village, beat them up and burned their cars. They throw rocks at busses.

This is an ongoing day to day situation. All from Israeli-Arabs. Not from Palestinians. It's a small extreme and young portion of them but it does happen.

So your claim that they live in peace in Israel with no issues, does not hold water.
