Chandler may be fringe top 5-7 but he's dangerous and a tough out.

True, but the age seems to have gone up where guys hit that cliff. Medical advances, more scientific approaches to rest and recovery, etc. Gaethje looked solid last night, Charles has shown no signs of aging, etc. 35 really isn't old anymore even for LW. It's more like 37-38 where you can expect to see the big drop-off (obviously other factors weigh in).

So if anything, Paddy is maybe 2-3 years too early. He's not beating Charles or Islam or Armen or probably most of the rest of the top 10 anytime soon. I'd bet Gamrot huge against him at even odds or close next year when Gamrot is 35 for example.
