He is main-eventing the Rotterdam card.
Fightnetwork mentioned Josh Barnett as a possible opponent. Love that match-up!!!
Do you? if not who would you like to see him face if not Barnett?
Werdum likely face Miocic a few week later @ 198
Rothwell Vs JDS & Mir Vs Hunt already announce
that leave ;Browne, Big Foot, Arlovski (big enough name to main event)
Arlovski is his teamate and i'm not a really a fan of the 2 other re-matches, also I think Bigfoot Vs Struve was rumored for that same card.
UFC probably threw some major $$$ at him.
I don't doubt they would love to give him a title shot in a near futur. Probaly 1 win away.
Barnett is a safer pick right?. (only 8 ko/tko in 34 wins)
    Your thoughts?

Isn't the Browne fight as good as confirmed?

Why should he fight Barnett who just got choked unconscious. Since Rothwell is already fighting the guy who got knocked out by the guy he knocked out him vs Bropwne seems likely.

I hope they pull Overeem from that card and give him title shot instead.

    he's going to fight browne.

    cain is injured
    miocic fighting for the belt
    ben has a fight
    arlovski just lost
    jds just fought him
browne is the highest guy that isn't booked, injured, or coming off a loss

I hope it's Overeem vs Browne so I can hear what Travis says on Oprah after the loss.

Isn't Barnett coming off a loss? UFC should just toss some money at Rumble to move up and take a fight with Alistar.

Why would Overeem fight Barnett? Barnett does not deserve a fight with Overeem, he needs to get at least one decent win (or Overeem to lose his next fight) before they should fight.

Browne is the only fight that makes sense unless Cain heals up quickly (can't recall how long he'll be out).

Please tell UFC and Sherdog to update then...because 198 does not have anything.

    So....source?

Browne rematch does make sense. They're both coming off wins and Overeem really needs to remove that stain from his record.

I'm sure UFC will announce their event when it's fully done.

So far it looks like this:

    UFC 198 Fight Card
Fabricio Werdum (c) vs. Stipe Miocic
Ronaldo ‘Jacare’ Souza vs. Vitor Belfort
    Demian Maia vs. Matt Brown
Nate Marquardt (34-15-2) vs. Thiago “Marreta” Santos (12-3)
Bryan Barberena (11-3) vs. Warlley Alves (10-0)

    http://www.mmaweekly.com/ufc-198-event-page-and-fight-card

Edit: Little Nog vs. Cummings is missing from their list, but it's likely gonna be there as well.

The last confirmation i saw of stipe vs werdum was when stipe was a fill in when cain injured himself. I havent seen anything confirmed after that was canceled.

Never, ever count on Cain healing up quickly, or being healthy at all.
