From what I heard, the guy that Galvao was fighting also said some shitty things to him before the fight. SO I'm assuming that those choice words + the knee reap just pissed off Galvao.

Also the guy seems to give up which is why I think Galvao pushed him down. He just really pushed the wrong buttons that day.

This was only possible due to Galvao's greatness and his oponent's lack of hability (jump to guard with that shitty grip in black belt competition??? c'mon!!!). I think he souldn't go that far. He could just finish him in 10 seconds.
