It could just aswell be 135 lbs it doesn't really matter Haggerty just seems quite bigger than Rodtang. I mean compare him to guys like Superlek, Pet U Thong who also fight at 130 lbs?

That would be smart but the dudes 22 and had 300 fights. If they fought like that all the time, they'd be drinking out of straws at 15 years old. If you go watch stadium fights in Thailand, they actually suck because guys are more just casually trading kicks instead of fighting. They're trying to just preserve their bodies instead of going all out to win because they earn peanuts per fight and fight every 3 weeks. That builds up stylistic weaknesses over time.

The white guy is the same age and only had 16 fights. He could just be entering his prime 10 years from now. Meanwhile Rodtang is going to be limping like Dan Henderson and slurring his speech by 25.

There were a couple thai fighters (see Pornsanae) that went all out from round 1 but they usually lost if they didn't get a KO. You need to preserve your energy for later rounds in order to win.

Believe or not they live bet in Thailand and fighters have handlers and he has been fighting since he was 8 so....if you have it. you are taught to somewhat throw early rounds so the people betting on you make more money. It’s a whole thing. He could change it up now. But he does that shit every fight.
