When ONE throws a mega card they throw it right. The UFC has fights every weekend at this point. The times I have watched ONE live have always been a blast. MM came back for the win. Eddie Alvarez got it done after starting the fight looking poor. The trail end of the prelims were great. But the MT title stole the show.

Knowing how little money those thai guys make for the hell they go through starting training at like 8 years old, fighting starting at like age 12 every other week, to having 300 fights at 22 years old, and making like $20 for each of those fights, like Rodtang.. seeing the tears he had at winning a title in an organization like One where he will make much more than $20 a fight and finally get paid for his talent. Man I almost teared up myself.

He recieved 250 000 baht (about 8000 usd) in a recent fight against Chorfah at rajadamnern stadium.

In his fight against Rodlek (who also fought today btw) there was a side bet of 1 000 000 baht, which i guess goes mostly to his boss but he probably got his share.

I'd guess his average fight purse in thailand was around 80 000 baht. The top tier fighters in thailand will generally make around 100 000 per fight if not more.

Its happened to him 3 times in his 38 career fights fighting the best of the best and in those 3 fights (Cerrone, Gaethje, Eduard) he's won 2 of them. All 3 are elite kickers.... what does the word constantly mean in your opinion?
