The story I heard was that Kyoji's trainer was dying so he wanted to go back to Japan to be with him.

I guess Dana could have given him a bully offer, but really they never cared much for anyone in that division including DJ, so I have a feeling he wasin't even aware what Kyoji's finish rate was.

Was a missed opportunity though.

I blame the casuals lol but not really there are plenty of people on sherdog an mma forum who call professional fighters Manlets ...I’m far from a white knight but still <{cruzshake}> <codychoke>
