He was gaining momentum in the third, with the right camp and gameplan anything is possible.

Will we see an emergence of “motivated Conor” or maybe they should try fighting “at sea level” or maybe he just needs “that look in his eyes”

Clearly “hungover from proper 12” Conor doesn’t have enough for Kahib though

I'm guessing it's because they're counting divisional belts and not the old tournament belts. It would explain Russia wasn't included for Taktarov and they list Bustamante instead of Gracie for Brazil.

I mean he got beat soundly in the first fight, but that doesn't mean he can't win a second fight. There's plenty of examples in MMA where a guy won a rematch after getting beat soundly in the first fight.

Until he got dropped by that one punch he was doing pretty okay and defending well. If he's more prepared for Khabib's striking and can continue pretty much nullifying Khabib's wrestling he could potentially win it. It's always gonna be hard for Conor though because his cardio isn't that good. So tiring out Khabib and starting to defend the takedowns from round 3 onwards is going to be difficult. If he doesn't get tagged though his cardio might hold up enough to knock Khabib out in the later rounds. Or just wreck him Aldo style, that's always a possibility with Conor.
 
Since the belts are custom with the fighters info, will they have two on hand for every title fight?
 
They’ll be lucky to get their names spelled correctly lol.
 
They'll probably have a new one ready in a short amount of time if the belt switches hands. Not a fan of the new design though.
