I am 30 years old 5'6" 198 pounds. I have 9 to 5 job sitting at a desk all day. So, I decided to finally join a gym again(its been like 4 years since I stopped working out) My ideal is weight is about 165 to 170. I have started my cardio on the treadmill. doing 15 mins of walking gradually increasing to a light run. 10 to 15 minutes on bike. 10 to 15 minutes of stretching after. I know Im just starting back into it, so I dont want to kill myself by overworking body.(maybe Im just using my lazyniess as an excuse) My question is, how do I create a good work out schedule? any opinions need, negative or positive.
