It's pretty annoying when a woman uses the bench in front to do leg on bench dumbbell squats but can't do them right and is basically just squatting her arse in your face because her bench is only 5ft away...... Wouldn't have minded if the gym was full but there was plenty of benches free....... I ended up ignoring it and funny enough she only did one set then switched to some other stupid exercise that she probably got from IG...........

I would love to have men only gym's and women only gym's..... Then you would really see the motivation of the people behind this crap.....

Men with their tongues hanging out and women being thirst traps..........
