Either that or like a gormless child. I like Max, not slagging him but really think there's something not right.

He does sound a little different, its subtle but its there, he just doesnt seem entirely alert and with it, hope we don't get a repeat of the last time they tried to do this fight.
 
his team was acting like a bunch of 12yr old kids playing in the snow on the first episode of embedded. they don’t seem like the most intelligent group of people, hope Holloway is okay and actually makes it to the fight.
 
Yeah I thought he sounded bad but he sounds pretty much the same to a few years back. Voice is a bit deeper and he's older and probably less energetic so he sounds a bit duller.
 
He sounds different to me too. Every 4th or 5th words in slurred and his sentences are blending together more than they used to. I hope he's alright, he seems like a good dude.
 
Both of Aldo's losses look like they kille themselves for 45. Mcg already up to 55 maybe Max too. Aldo is unquestionably the FW GOAT.
 
It's weird, because I was just remembering that old Chuck Liddel interview where he was slurring his speech badly on a tv morning show back in like 2007. He went on to lose the belt right after that interview & he lost like 5 out of 6 fights after that. The Holloway interviews reminded me a lot of that old Chuck interview.
 
Why isnt Dana making sure he is healthy before booking this fight? Thats fucked up.

Listen if he was not able to make it 3 times this year and actually it was worse and worse everytime how do you think he will make it this time?

When fighters start to talk about being champion in weight above it signal it's time to move up.

I remeber Max talking about weight cut before 2nd fight vs Aldo, and he was whining about fact that champions have to make 145 and contenders only 146, and that he will never enter cage compromised by weight cut. Looks like fighters have no choice.

And UFC doesn't care for them ,Max is just tool to make money, and if they want their money, Max have to enter octagon no matter what and being finished by Ortega.

And best of it, I'm pretty sure they ca forsee it, because they know almost everything about fighter's health and they could plan it. But instead of pushing Hollway to lightweight, best otion for them is to place his body in cage and being finished by oponnent.
 
sounds different compared to UFC 150. Cannot say for sure if it is the brain or just that he might have lost some teeth. Doesn't help that the question was kind of weird. I guess UFC fighters have to tell every country their fans are the best, but just seems like a lame question.
