THIS goober killed the momentum!
Xbox 360 was so good that when my PC broke down I didn't give a shit. Just went and got a 360 and a new HDTV. Then this reveal happened and I bounced to PS4 and have never been given a reason to look back. Titanfall almost had me but the NPC bots in MP killed it for me and I returned the whole system the next day.

Titanfall... 2?!?! I still play that MP nearly every single day. Attrition is my favorite game mode. Farm the bots to build up your killstreak bonus, then kill the opposing pilots (players), drop your titan, then...
KILL EVERYONE.

Nah I can't stand any MP game that has NPCs like this. It just kills it for me. It's part of the reason I can't stand the fact that Respawn took over Battlefield because it's something they started doing in that series now. Replacing real players with NPCs to fill up the servers.

They did it in Titanfall and Battlefield which Respawn was involved in both so I can only assume it’s their idea to do this. They didn’t do it in Apex though.

I don't know if you player shooter-type games, although that's only partly what it is, but Neon White's gameplay is dope. Mass Effect Legendary Edition is a franchise every game should play at least once in his lifetime. DOOM Eternal is definitely must-play campaign FPS.

They did it in Titanfall 1 because it was online only. They nuked that idea for the sequel. There are some bots but they're there for you to combat and earn your titan faster.

Yea but he also shutdown the rumor that 4 Xbox games were going to PS and had to walk it back. I'm not sure if Jez is wrong here but I've seen other well known leakers claiming this is false as well. It has been rumored for a while now though that Xbox does want release earlier than PS and wants to stop releasing at the same time as them. Similar to what happened during the 360/PS3 gen.

Yeah I know they've been looking at an earlier release for the next gen but I feel like it could be 2027 then PS in 2028

Well I just assumed the prime was a code name if it's real. 2027 makes since I'm not sure when PS is supposed to release their new console. I hope they do release early though. Feels like it would make things more exciting to have the two main consoles releasing 1 or 2 years apart.

I think they have some sort of game show tomorrow. No news on if Forza will be announced but it's possible.

Hoping it's true, because the last few console generations have been WAY too long around seven & eight years and they're really showing their age during the last few years of each.
A six-year console generation would be a sweetspot.
