oh well, i don't suppose i could get in this thing considering my best in may is 110x10, but then again, i am legitimately limited by the injury and shouldn't be pulling out a +230 lbs PR anytime soon if i want to walk the next day.

Due to my bodies rather fragile performance with maximal weight effort and the fact I'm really liking my new program I can really only squat every other leg day. Therefore my goal is 20 reps totally hammies to the back of calves squat with 300lbs. If someone feels they need a 300 or so single for their team I'm available. If everything goes well in all honesty I can be around 325lbs which will put in a safe single 405+ range.and I could then do a single in that rep range without fear of getting bent.

Honorary alternate would be cool too. I could post videos of my 20 rep back squat and whatever I wind up doing with my sandbag/weightvest squats from hell.

Heal up, dude. There is no reason to stop unless you are really, really hurt. You have plenty of time to set PRs. We had to fire the Misses because he decided he would rather drink than fulfill his obligation to team Standard.
